Soil2Service supports and operates Detroit Institute of Gastronomy (DIG). Through this program, DIG offers apprentice style culinary education in a unique hybrid environment that leads to an Associate Degree. Education can improve lives and Soil2Service is committed to expanding the knowledge of it’s community.
